Our Story

The Ozarks Family YMCA has served Mountain Grove and surrounding communities with a commitment to building strong kids, strong families, and strong communities. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive—regardless of age, background, or financial situation.

From our earliest days, the Y has focused on meeting local needs with programs that support physical health, personal growth, childcare, and community connection. Today, we continue that mission across our branches in Mountain Grove, Cabool, Seymour, and Willow Springs, offering accessible programs and services that empower people of all ages.

Our programs and facilities support whole-person wellness for all ages, helping individuals strengthen body, mind, and spirit through fitness, recreation, and community-focused activities.
